Ivy Bound is a non-profit test prep company that holds SAT Prep classes up and down the East Coast, in Illinois, Michigan, Tennessee, Minnesota, Texas, Colorado, Washington and California. Ivy Bound instructors are primarily college and grad students who have all scored among the top 2% on the SAT.
Ivy Bound's niche is flexibility. The group is able to hold classes in any city, town, or village, and is often invited to hold classes in schools that have been underserved by some of the larger test prep organizations. Bringing the class to a new area involves a motivated parent or schoolteacher working in conjunction with Ivy Bound to design a schedule that fits the needs of the group. Summer classes can be held for mornings, afternoons, or weekends; fall and spring classes for afternoons, evenings, or weekends. As we are relatively new, we often rely on the efforts of a few good moms, sometimes called "Supermoms", to alert other parents whose kids have similar schedules. Our instructors have taught to skiers, softball teams, summer enrichment groups, and church groups using their scheduling guidelines.
